Olive Leaf Gin

Art vs. science

Synthesised in their new Sydney store ‘The Laboratory’, Olive Leaf Gin is the newest member of the Four Pillars family. The genesis of this gin exists in 2015 when Four Pillars distilled a little drop called Cousin Vera’s Gin. Made in Madrid, it was their first foray into savoury, Mediterranean-inspired gin flavours.

Cousin Vera’s Gin came and went pretty quickly, but remains a cult classic in the Four Pillars canon for those who crave that savoury style. From that moment on, they knew gin and olives would combine beautifully and a trip to the olive groves of northern Victoria confirmed it.

Working closely with the Four Pillars team, we were able to design and produce an immersive space that championed the art of restraint, using delicately lit limestone as the primary showcasing device.

The product and its presentation within store has been a clear success, drawing lots of positive attention from those itching to get out of their COVID coops.
